How does traceability numbering actually work across HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL?

A HAZOP deviation draws a fresh sequence number from its project. Anything generated from that deviation — a LOPA scenario, then a SIF — reuses the same sequence number under its own module prefix, so HAZOP-014, LOPA-014, and SIF-014 all refer to the same hazard. Each account can customise the prefix, separator, and digit padding in Numbering Settings.

Can I import an existing HAZOP from another system?

Yes — Import from CSV creates a new study directly from a spreadsheet, and LOPA's Generate-from-HAZOP screen can bulk-import an external HAZOP CSV straight into new LOPA scenarios.

Do I need all three modules — HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL?

No. HAZOP, LOPA, and SIL Verification are independently licensable modules, so a team only pays for what it actually uses.

What does AI Study Review actually check?
